A Rao, Denver CO

Having personally benefited from Hunter’s coaching, I can highly recommend him to anyone looking for expert guidance in learning ways to reduce the stress of a modern engineering career. He's a skilled practitioner and teacher of a variety of techniques that can help alleviate the emotional distress caused by workplace conflicts, especially in technology companies. And he’s also very good at asking insightful questions, always in a personable and easy-going way, that get to the root causes of issues with coworkers and work dissatisfaction in general. As a result, I’ve learned several valuable emotional regulation techniques from Hunter, including “Let It Go”, which have allowed me to remain more calm in difficult situations. Because this increased calmness has improved my decision making and has also made me more productive, I’ll continue to use all of these powerful mental discipline tools in my career. Thanks, Hunter!

Then it's time for you to register to the "Transforming Triggering Colleague Interactions Into Calm Interactions" session and understand how to overcome the stress of dealing with a challenging coworker.

You will learn:
  • Why you feel like you're on a repeat loop of frustration with certain people.

  • Why when you're in the zone at work, out of the blue you'll get distracted with random negative thoughts that keep you away from your work.

How it works:
  • You'll take a brief emailed Overall Satisfaction Rating (OSR) assessment beforehand and then hop on a 50 minute one-on-one session with me.  At the end our our time you will:

  1. know how to stay calmer when dealing with that difficult person.

  2. have a simple practice you can take home and do on your own.

  3. have access to a video in my library which will assist you with the simple practice.
