You understand what’s happening —
but it doesn’t work during the day.

Especially in the moment.
This might sound familiar
  • You understand what’s going on, but it doesn’t help when things are actually happening

  • You keep replaying conversations or trying to figure out what you should’ve said or done

  • You can find some calm on your own, but during the day it’s hard to remember or use anything

  • You feel like you’ve been stuck for a while — not because you aren’t trying, but because nothing really changes?

You’re not missing information.

If any of this resonates, you’re not alone.
And you’re not failing at something you should be able to figure out..

👇

Why figuring it out isn’t the issue

Most people I work with are good at thinking things through.
They’ve reflected, analyzed, and tried to understand what’s happening.

The problem isn’t a lack of insight.

The problem shows up in the moment —
during real conversations, real decisions, and real pressure —
when there isn’t time to stop and think.

That’s where things tend to break down.

Not because you don’t know enough,
but because knowing doesn’t always help you move through what’s happening.

What My Clients Say About Me:

“I’ve made major gains with my anxiety, which shows up particularly when I’m trying to go to sleep.  I’ve also been able to improve my relationships, especially with my young son. "

Hi, I’m Hunter Milligan, and I’ve been there

With many years of experience leading teams as a director and manager at Fortune 500 companies, I understand the pressures of balancing a demanding career with a fulfilling personal life. My background in engineering and leadership, combined with my experiences as a husband and parent of two wonderful boys, gives me deep insight into the challenges we face daily. I know how tough it can be to support your family while excelling at work—and how easy it is to feel like you’re falling short in both areas.

Through my own journey—and years of helping highly analytical people and business owners—I've learned that letting go isn’t a personality trait. It’s a skill you can develop. It comes from bringing intentional breathing, owning your reactions, letting to of thoughts and tension, and embedding new habits. Those are the skills that brought flow to my own chaos.   I'd love to work with you to learn those skills so you can  more easily live the life you've been imagining.

Do you feel like you're always in a rush, struggling to keep up with everything?

Maybe you start your mornings already feeling behind, juggling work demands and family responsibilities. The constant flow of responsibilities feels never-ending, but your personal time keeps slipping away. You’re giving it your all, yet it feels like there’s never enough time to catch up.
